Hazelnut Praline Cup - Inspired by our childhood love of Nutella

I have been following a gluten-free diet for almost twenty years. I want to tell you that your Hazelnut Praline Cups, which I tasted recently at a beach-side coffee shop in Eastbourne, are the most absolutely delicious piece of pastry I have ever tasted, exquisite!! Thank you so much for making them!
Could you please suggest a local retailer in west London where I could purchase more? Once I have found a source in London, I will also recommend them to my nutrition clients.

The Tobacco Factory cafe/bar serves healthy Mediterranean food, drinks and provides live music, art and quizzes. We will celebrate our ten-year anniversary on 11th November 2011. We have been serving Bar Cake products to our happy customers since 2005.

We pride ourselves on providing a relaxed atmosphere and we are also very child friendly. You can either enjoy some freshly prepared dishes or a selection of delicious cakes with a cup of locally sourced coffee in or outside the cafe/bar.

Our customers love the cakes and we know that some are regulars who come back on the strength of Bar Cake cakes – they are delicious and locally produced to boot. The Hazelnut & Praline Brownie is our best seller although I regularly hear “They all look so delicious, I don’t know which one to choose…” which is testament to Tom and George’s attention to detail and presentation.

Our tea house has been serving teas from China to customers in need of healthy refreshment since 2006. The shop has a relaxed, tranquil and airy feel making it ideal for conversation – essential with some cups of tea – or a quiet spot of reading or working with a contemplative cup of Chinese tea.

We have stocked cakes from Bar Cake since we opened. They offer consistently excellent quality and a great choice – something for everyone. They arrive frozen, so there’s no wastage and once defrosted they keep for days. Favourites in the shop include the Posh Slice and Ultimate Triple Treat brownie, although my own personal favourite is the Choc, Cherry and Coconut Flapjack.

Customers tell us ‘our’ cakes taste homemade and we are proud to tell them they are. I would highly recommend Tom, George and the team at the Bar Cake bakery.
