Here at Bar Cake, our talented bakers have been making award-winning handmade cakes for the UK foodservice from our family bakery in Bristol since 2004. Our exceptionally tasty cakes, gourmet flapjacks, rustic cups, fairy cakes and traybakes are supplied wholesale across a wide range of UK cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, tourist attractions and events.

From the after-hours baking sessions in our first coffee shop to the now thriving bakery in Bristol, we still use many original recipe secrets passed on by our mother. But most of our cakes now feature our own unique twist, and we are always experimenting with new and innovative flavour combinations to get your taste buds tingling.

We bake all our cakes in small batches, just as you would at home, to ensure each one is perfect and packed full of the best quality ingredients we can find. All our cakes are suitable for vegetarians and we also offer dairy, wheat and gluten free products. Importantly, we don’t use any artificial flavours, colours or preservatives, so we pre-portion and freeze all our cakes within hours of baking them. This not only keeps that freshly baked taste and locks in all the goodness but also means you don’t suffer wastage as you can defrost portions as you need them.
